rimworld blog entry #2
(27/04) hii bearblog i ended up starting a new colony, i wasn't having much luck with the anomaly scenario (two pawns, one ghoul), along with the new ideoligion, and along with poking the monolith on day one... were all too hard for me, and also because i had no idea how to deal with all the new dlc threats either (interestingly, the game actually updated the anomaly scenario start, and now it's three pawns, one ghoul).
having the "pain is virtue" meme meant that my colonists wanted to get scarred, so they were always in some pain, and got downed faster.. not fun when you're fighting the horrors of the void! plus none of my 2 starter pawns had good social skills, so prisoners would try to escape before they could be convinced to believe in the colony's ideoligion and recruited (i think my first converted recruit was a genie, lol).
some more screenshots from before i stopped playing this colony:
today: i'm trying to get back into drawing everyday... _ i admit i had lost interest on it for a few weeks, partially because i was sad, but yeah, i'm trying to get used to krita now
praise the cube!
